pathogens and restore efficient digestion. Goldenseal, garlic, lomatium, splanthes, Oregon grape, barberry, oregano oil, peppermint oil, spearmint oil, colloidal silver, berberis, coptis, yerba mansa, cayenne are herbal antibiotics which do not harm the good bacteria in our bodies like pharmaceutical antibiotics, but attack the pathogens. Always try God’s antibiotics first before resorting to manmade pharmaceuticals. Sometimes we must use pharmaceutical antibiotics and they can be a lifesaver, but most of the time prayer and God’s antibiotics will get the job done!

Adonai’s antivirals include echinacea, propolis, sutherlandia, ginger, myrrh, St. John’s wort, suma root, elderberry, olive leaf, colloidal silver, astragalus root, cleavers, osha root, and pau d’arco. The pharmaceutical industry has created nothing to match these powerful botanicals. These herbs will destroy colds, flu, Epstein-Bar virus, and stomach virus.
The 8) adrenal glands are our stress handlers and do they get a work out today! I find that everyone needs herbal and nutritional adrenal support. Adaptogenic botanicals like Siberian ginseng, Rhodiola, Korean ginseng, Holy Basil, and Ashwaganda help us “adapt” and cope with stress. The adrenal glands and our gonads (testis and ovaries) produce the steroid hormones. Steroid hormones help us cope with stress, keep our joint lubricated, create new life, but they also REGENERATE and RENEW our bodies. Our adrenals and gonads protect us from degenerative diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, and cancer. Our steroid hormones, DHEA, estradiol, estriole, estrione, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, were created to enable our bodies to deal with short term, acute stressful situations. However, prolonged, chronic stress which most of us live in causes too much cortisol to be produced by the adrenal glands. Our testis or ovaries are deprived of precursor hormones which produce estrogen and testosterone by a process called the Pregnelone Steal. Stress induced cortisol begins to destroy our bodies by turning off the thyroid gland and making us fat, by causing leptin resistance which inhibits the brain’s signal to stop eating, by making men estrogen dominant (feminine) and women testosterone dominant (masculine), by causing diabetes with insulin resistance-preventing insulin cell receptors from receiving insulin, by not utilizing cholesterol to make steroid hormones and thereby raising cholesterol levels, by lowering our resistance to disease.
Our adrenal glands give us energy and help us deal with the ups and down of life. Caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee depletes our adrenals. What goes up must come down. Coffee artificially shoots us up, but later we crash and want more coffee. Healthy adrenals give us a steady release of energy. Green tea is a good coffee substitute which helps us loose weight and protects our cells (antioxidant) from destruction and disease (anticancer).
Our gonads which are our 9) ovaries in women and 10) testis in men, give us children, and renew and regenerate our bodies. Stress first goes after the adrenals. If unchecked prolonged stress chews up the adrenals and then comes after the ovaries and testicles. Cracks on the heels mean that the person’s ovaries or adrenals are under too much stress and they need essential fatty acids- purified omega 3 fish oil, flax seed oil, krill oil, omega 3-6-9, black currant oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil- to create more estrogen and testosterone.
When we create and tolerate chronic stress, a survival mechanism called the Pregenelone Steal takes place in adrenals and gonad chemical pathways. So much cortisol produced by the adrenal cortex is needed to cope with these distresses that production of estrogen and testosterone is diminished. This low estrogen condition in women brings hot flashes, night sweats, depression, irritability, anxiety, insomnia, bone loss, diminished sex drive, poor concentration, and memory loss, i.e. early menopause symptoms. Lowered testosterone causes shrinking penis, low libido, bone loss, night sweats, insomnia, moodiness, emotional outbursts, reduced muscle mass, and essentially male menopause or andropause, which has many of the same symptoms are female menopause. Men go through menopause or andropause just like women except for the cessation of menstruation.
There are many glandulars, herbals, and nutritionals that can work to rebuild, rest, and balance the testis and ovaries. Saliva testing by Diagnos-Tech Labs  may be required for more complicated sex hormone imbalances. These tests may include Adrenal Stress Index, Cycling Female Hormones Panel, Perimenopause Panel, Menopause Panel, Male Hormone Panel, and Thyroid Panel. After these test results are obtained, we speak with a Medical Doctor or Nutritional Clinician at Diagnos-Tech Labs who further explains the results, answers questions, and makes recommendations.
God has created the hormones of our endocrine system to serve us by keeping us youthful, interested in our mate, healthy, active, positive, fully mobile, mentally alert, passionate about life, and fully capable of serving Yeshua and doing Yahweh’s Will.

The 3) pineal gland regulates circadian (day/night) rhythms and puts us to bed at night and wakes us up with the sun. The pineal gland likes direct exposure to sunlight to be happy and function properly. These three endocrine glands are located in the brain and are directly affected by mental and emotional stress. There are specific restorative nutritional remedies for each gland where testing shows a need.

The 4)  thyroid gland wraps around the trachea (windpipe) at the bottom, front of our neck. The healthy thyroid makes its hormone, thyroxin and revs up our motors (metabolism) and keeps our weight normal. The thyroid gives us a healthy body weight and a bright outlook on life. It requires the mineral, iodine, to stay happy and make thyroxin. Iodine is needed for T4 to T3 conversion. The thyroid also secretes calcitonin directly into the blood stream to take calcium out of the blood and place it one our bones. Because the thyroid and parathyroid wrap around the trachea (windpipe), the chemicals that we breathe can get lodged in the thyroid and parathyroid and affect their health and functioning. First and second hand cigarette, cigar, and pipe smoke, commercial cleaning products, industrial chemicals, plug-in room deodorizers, most commercial cosmetics, air pollution, and wood smoke lodges in the thyroid and parathyroid glands and damage their function. This can lead to a thyroid disease and dysfunction such as the autoimmune condition, Hoshimoto’s Disease, hypo and hyperthyroidism. Homeopathic remedies can be used to successfully remove these toxins from the thyroid and parathyroid over a 6-8 week period. These homeopathic detoxifiers may be needed on an ongoing basis when there is continued exposure to these toxins and chemicals, e.g. smoking family member who refuses to smoke outside, job in chemical plant, job in housekeeping.
The 5) parathyroid glands are four tissue areas located in the thyroid gland. They secrete parathormone which takes calcium off the bone and enriches the blood with calcium. Cadmium (added to cigarettes to keep them burning) from cigarette smoke has an affinity for the parathyroid. Here it can cause the parathyroid to become overactive and remove too much calcium from our bones which can weaken our bones and lead to bone spurs (calcium in the wrong place), osteopenia and osteoporosis. A homeopathic parathyroid detox will remove the cadmium, excrete it from our bodies, and allow our parathyroid glands to function normally.
The 6) thymus gland is located above our heart in our chest cavity. It is a primary IMMUNE gland along with the spleen, lymph nodes, lymphatic fluid, lymphoid tissue, appendix, tonsils, adenoids, and GALT (gut associated lymphoid tissue in our intestines). The thymus gland manufactures Killer T cells and Natural Killer cells which destroy harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi and cancer. The thymus enjoys nutritional substances like colostrum, Vitamin C Complex, L-glutathione, thymus glandulars and protomorphigens, cruceriferous vegetables, green food supplements, Vitamin D3, sunlight, and exercise. Herbal antibiotics, antiparasitics, antifungals, and antivirals assist the thymus in eliminating harmful microorganisms. We can lightly pound our chest at the upper third of our sternum, above our heart several times per day, and stimulate the function of our thymus gland. This is called the “thymus thump.”
The 7) pancreas is endocrine (secretes the hormone, insulin, directly into our blood) and exocrine (makes digestive enzymes). The pancreas manufactures insulin which is the hormone that allows glucose to enter every cell of our bodies. Our cells would run out of energy without insulin’s action upon glucose. Because many of us eat so much white sugar (average American consumes 150 lbs./year.) and refined carbohydrates (God doesn’t make white sugar and refined carbohydrates; people do!), the pancreas needs to be regenerated with nutrition such as the mineral, chromium, herbs such as gymnema sylvestra (regenerates the insulin producing cell of the pancreas), pancreatic glandulars and protomorphigens, herbal nutrition, and other nutritionals. White sugar and refined carbohydrates such as potato chips, Little Debbie’s, cookies, cakes, fudge, ice cream (the “discomfort” foods)-actually attack the beta cells of the Islets of Langerhans of the pancreas which make insulin, and injure or destroy them. Therefore, white sugar and refined carb consumption is a major cause of type 2 diabetes.
The exocrine glands of the pancreas manufacture and secrete our digestive enzymes-amylase (carbohydrate digestion), protease (protein digestion), lipase (fat digestion) into the pancreatic ducts to mix with our foods. From Computerized Electrodermal Testing, I observe that clinical and subclinical bacterial and viral infections, pesticides, and toxic chemicals inflame these glands and cause indigestion of nutrients.  Jehovah Ropha (God, our Healer) has created powerful antibiotics and antivirals which destroy these

Our hormones created by our ten endocrine glands when balanced, healthy and well nourished, can help us to feel happy and positive, not moody, depressed, or irritable, regenerate our bodies, maintain a healthy body weight, keep us youthful and energetic regardless of age, give us vitality and stamina, provide us with a healthy sex drive, bless us with children, and renew us with restful sleep. The endocrine glands are a family of organs that function together and dysfunction together. When we help one gland with rest, exercise, and nutrition, we help them all. When we stress one gland, the entire system responds and they are all affected. For example, when we insult the pancreas with refined carbohydrates or white sugar, the adrenals, thyroid, and pituitary must secrete their hormones to respond to this blood sugar imbalance. The endocrine glands rise and fall together as a system and family of intricately related organs which secrete tiny amounts (nano and pico grams) of their hormones directly into the blood stream. Your endocrine glands include the hypothalamus, pituitary, pineal, thyroid, parathyroid, thymus, pancreas, adrenals, ovaries, and testis. I can provide you with a handout which describes the functioning and interrelation of each of the glands in greater detail.
From performing acupuncture pulse diagnosis, I have learned that when one or more organ systems, such as immune, urinary, bilary, digestive, or cardiovascular system, are out of balance or weakened, the endocrine works over time to bring balance to the organ systems and to make up for organ deficiencies and excesses. When the organs are balanced and strengthened through excellent nutrition, rest, relaxation, prayer, and electrical energy from acupressure, massage, and acupuncture, the endocrine system becomes balanced.
Stress is a huge imbalancer of the endocrine system. Living in a prolonged stress mode can damage all the endocrine glands and along with other organs such as the brain and nervous system. Chronic stress causes the body to produce too much cortisol which causes weight grain, leads to exhaustion, and shuts down estrogen and testosterone production. Optimal amounts of testosterone and estrogen regenerate our tissues and body and keep us youthful. Prolonged cortisol exposure damages many of our organs, i.e. has a catabolic (tearing down) effect on our tissues. Living in chronic stress mode dysregulates the functioning of the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which communicate with the eight other endocrine organs, slows the thyroid (lowers metabolism=weight gain), exhausts the adrenals (chronic fatigue and insomnia), raises cholesterol (plaques up our blood vessels), and causes leptin resistance (we can’t stop eating because our brain stops signaling that we are full!), creates insulin resistance in insulin cell receptors which can lead to diabetes, and lowers our immunity
It is important to feed our endocrine glands and give them the foods, minerals, glandulars, botanicals, hydration, and nutrition that make them happy! I utilize self reported information about your endocrine glands from the Metabolic Assessment Form (can be down loaded from this website. See Health Forms) along with the BioMeridian Testing System- Meridian Stress Assessment System (Computerized Electrodermal Screening) to determine if each of your endocrine glands are 1) balanced, 2) stressed and inflamed, 3) weakened and exhausted. At the end of the testing, you will get a print out of their performance.  We electronically test nutritional products which will bring each endocrine gland back into a healthy and balanced state. Your endocrine glands and meridians electronically signal which nutritional products they need, their daily dosage, and duration of nutritional therapy through electroacupuncture points on your hands and feet. I frequently use protocols developed by Dr. Janet Lang, DC of Restorative Endocrinology and Dr. Stephen Stiteler L. Ac., OMD, NMD, D. Hom of Apex Energetics. These products tested may be from Standard Process, MediHerb, Apex, Atrium, Energique, and Deseret Biologicals.
If  we need more information about your endocrine system due to PMS, menopause, perimenopause, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, infertility, andropause (male menopause), painful or irregular menstruation, estrogen dominance in men and women, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), hypo or hyperthyroid, Hashimoto’s disease or other endocrine conditions, a hormone saliva test can be performed and sent to Diagnos-Tech Labs. Saliva hormone testing may be more accurate than blood testing hormones. In the saliva, we have free hormones which are ready for action on cell receptor sites. Your blood contains protein bound hormones that are less reactive. After we receive your test results, we have a telephone consultation with a medical doctor or nutritional clinician at Diagnos-Tech Labs and receive a complete explanation of your results and further nutritional recommendations.

There are ten major endocrine glands. The 1) hypothalamus, located in the head is the neuroendocrine gland which is the CEO that controls the other glands through its manager, the 2) pituitary gland. The manager, the pituitary, sends messenger hormones to all the other seven endocrine glands and upregulated them or downregulates them (cause them to run faster, slower or turn them off or on). Manganese is a beneficial mineral for the pituitary.
